Fox fairy and mushrooms whimsical Illustration

On the forest floor, where fox fairies dwell

Magic is stirring an autumnal spell.

This original artwork has been used creating gouache and japanese watercolour paints on black 360gsm fine grain watercolour paper.

It is presented in a white mount to fit a standard a4 frame.

The start of autumn brings a wealth of inspiration, from the dark cosy evenings, to the beautiful turning leaves and emerging mushrooms,  At this time of year my imagination is in overdrive!

This illustration would make a magical addition to any room in the home, bringing a touch of whimsy and warmth.

I take reference photos of fungi throughout the year to use in my illustrations,  This painting includes a fly agaric, shaggy inkcap and a mushroom i’m yet to name!
