delivery can take up to 14 days from order date depending on the type of work required. For work presented on Felt Moon should be no longer than 7 days lead time. Personalised work may vary depending on the order. Please contact the vendor to discuss a schedule.

Once full payment has been received the official order will be sent to the vendor. The vendor will contact the buyer with any requests as per order. If a standard order placed for completed work the goods will be shipped according to the vendors standard terms.
