This painting was inspired by the frogs who have finally come to make our tiny nature pond a home.  They sit so still with their golden eyes watching carefully over the water and I couldn’t help but envisage a princely fairy frog there too!

This whimsical painting aims to create a sense of warm summer evenings, when the night is still and magic is unfolding.
