Eddrachillis Selkie A4 Print

This painting was inspired by the Scottish Highlands, where we saw Selkies bobbing just off the shore, inquisitively watching our every move.  I have attempted to keep the colours true to the landscape we witnessed up there – wild, free and full of magical light.

The Triskele moon represents the interconnectedness of life, which felt perfect for this painting, because this remote region gave me a true sense of connection to everything the eye could see.

I hand embellish each print with metallic paint to recreate the shimmer of the original artwork. The metallic outlines of the clouds give an ethereal feel to this print.
